At Ananta we conduct our sessions using cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), rational emotive behaviour therapy (REBT), positive psychology, and eclectic therapies.In addition, our R&D section develops effective therapies drawing knowledge from ancient Indian knowledge and mindfulness techniques; therapies that have empowered individuals to be aware about thoughts and emotions, changing what they can and gracefully accepting what they cannot.
